Be The Missing Piece: Recruitment Campaign
We planned and executed Sheffield City Council's 'Be The Missing Piece' recruitment campaign to encourage more young people to enter careers in Adult Health & Social Care, driving hundreds of potential carers to open days, career workshops and job applications.
The Challenge
Sheffield City Council needed to address a critical shortage of social care workers in the Sheffield area. They required a comprehensive recruitment push to attract more applications, particularly from younger people, and needed to showcase the rewarding nature of careers in Adult Health & Social Care.
The Solution
We delivered a full-service campaign including strategy development, video production showcasing career opportunities, advertising design, social media content creation, and a dedicated campaign website. We also conducted professional photography sessions capturing the diversity of carers and the bonds between teams and service users. The campaign culminated in a major open day at Sheffield Town Hall where candidates could meet agencies and learn about available roles.
