Attracting Talent: Building Page Kirk's Employer Brand

Like many accountancy firms, Page Kirk faces increasing competition when recruiting talented graduates and experienced accountants. Standing out to potential candidates requires more than listing job vacancies — it requires communicating what the firm is really like to work for.

Page Kirk wanted to modernise their online presence while also strengthening how they communicate their employer brand. They needed a digital platform and supporting content that would show prospective recruits the culture, personality and opportunities within the business, while continuing to present the firm professionally to clients.

The project needed to support both recruitment and brand communication, helping Page Kirk attract candidates who would thrive in their collaborative and supportive working environment.

We worked with Page Kirk to develop a new website supported by a range of recruitment-focused content designed to bring the firm's culture to life.

Alongside the website design and development, we produced a series of recruitment videos, photography and social media assets that could be used across multiple platforms to support hiring.

The content focused on showing the people behind the firm. As well as capturing professional workplace imagery, we photographed the team in more relaxed and playful poses, helping communicate that Page Kirk is not only a highly professional accountancy firm but also a friendly and enjoyable place to build a career.

By combining website design with engaging visual content, the project allows Page Kirk to communicate both their professional expertise and their team culture to prospective recruits.
