Protecting People: Transforming Health & Safety Training

Morgan Sindall needed to overhaul their health and safety policies with engaging training materials that would resonate with employees at all levels — from management making budget and manpower decisions, to those on the tools carrying out day-to-day roles on construction sites.

Working with Gateways Hub Consultants, we created two series of training modules. 'Protecting People' featured over 50 scenes recreating business-typical situations, culminating in an almost fatal accident that could have been avoided with better decisions. 'Protecting People 2.0' focused on personal health decisions and their long-term consequences, following a young employee's journey and the impact of workplace choices on his future health. All roles were performed by actual Morgan Sindall team members, not actors, resulting in authentic and believable training content.
