Apply for UP TO 50% OFF YOUR NEXT WEBSITE
We’re pleased to offer UK-registered organisations the opportunity to secure matching funding toward a new or updated website.
Funding is available of up to 50% of your website project cost, with a maximum grant of £6,000 towards a website produced by The Yellow Agency.
Projects must focus specifically on website development, redesign or upgrade: new website builds, re-platforming, responsive design overhaul, CMS implementation/upgrade, e-commerce website, website integrations, optimisation for user experience.
The funding is now not available for other digital services (video production, graphic design, social media campaigns, etc.).
You must be a registered organisation in the UK and able to provide the required documentation for the funding application.
All work will be undertook by The Yellow Agency, any 3rd party costs are not included in the funding (as we claim the 2nd 50% back via tax credits).
However, there is a limited amount of extra funding available until November 27th, so this will be provided on a first come, first serve basis.
FAQ's for funding
Can I use the funding for video production or social media?
No, this funding round is exclusively for website development. Other types of digital work (video, social media, graphic design etc.) are not eligible anymore.
Can I use the funding for website maintenance or monthly hosting?
Only if the maintenance/hosting is part of the build/upgrade project and is documented within the scope. Ongoing subscriptions outside of the build are not covered.
Is the funding a loan or grant?
It’s a grant (match funding) – you pay your share, we match up to 50% (max £6,000).
How long does the whole process take?
Once you have talked to the team and filled out an application form, you should know if your application has been successful in 2 working days. Once all gone through, agreements and 50% invoice must be received by end of November.
What sectors are eligible?
Any UK registered organisation (SME, non-profit, charity, educational institution) that meets the eligibility criteria. We’ll review your status during the consultation.
If I am not successful in my application am i then under any contract to have a project completed by yellow?
No. If you fail your application we can see what kind of discount we may be able to offer (but it will not be anywhere near the amount with the funding unfortunately) and if you decide you can not afford the project you are under no obligation to work with Yellow at all.
